Litterworks LW502-LMS Manual Stand and Waste Disposal System with Hood

Upon set-up of the base unit on the floor, the power ventilated hood of the LW502-LMS is simply put over it. Fresh air is continuously drawn into the litter area thereby keeping odors from escaping into the room as the fan draws air through the 2-stage carbon/zeolite filter. When the wall adapter is plugged into an outlet, the barrel connection should likewise be plugged into the receptacle in the filter housing. The LED illuminates when the fan is on which is designed to operate continuously to remove odors from the litter box.

Scooping should be done daily after the hood has been removed. Clumps are scooped down into the plastic liner. It is time to empty the waste bag after two weeks of daily scooping. This can be done by opening the left side door to gather up the plastic liner. It should be secured by attaching the wire tie as close to the waste as possible. Plastic liners are cut 2” to 3” above the ties with a pair of scissors.
